You're Not 'Gangsta' So Give Up
One of the things that pisses me off the most about people today is that a lot of them have decided that they want to be 'Gangstas'. First of all, I cannot even begin to state how stupid this desire is. The gangsters that they aspire to be, people like the Bloods and the Crips, are poor, violent kids, who usually don't make it to the age of thirty. And yet, these kids still want to be like them. And how do they do it? These kids walk around wearing hoodies, gold chains, and pants around their knees. First off, a real gangster would not be wearing gold chains as, like I said before, they are poor, and second off, they wouldn't wear their pants around their knees because they live in constant fear of being shot at by opposing gangs.
The kids that dress gangster all listen to one type of music. If you can even call it that. All 'gangstas' listen to rap. They drive down the street, in their shitty cars, blaring their rap music and trying to look cool. Not to mention failing immensely. Driving down the street trying to look gangster is not cool. When I see someone like that, I get a sudden urge to go back in time, and kill off everybody involved in the creation of the look. But these kids take it further. They don't make it just a look. 'Gangstas' need to act like hoods. They steal, they vandalize and they use hookers.
Well, I don't know about the hooker part, but I assume that it's true, seeing as no woman in her right mind would want to be with some 'gangsta' poser.
Which reminds me, all gangstas, even the ones that genuinely are in the Bloods or the Crips or some other such gang, are a bunch of posers. Anyone around in the 30s or the 40s, or anyone with half a brain, can tell you that gangsters do not dress in hoodies and low jeans, and they do not advertise the fact that they are gangsters. I have made a picture to illustrate my point.
That's right, the real gangsters were people like Capone. They were secretive about the fact that they were breaking laws, they didn't flaunt it as if it were something to be proud of. They dressed like businessman, as did all decent people at the time. They wore chains, but only small chains, nothing that looks as if it would weigh down your neck. They were the real gangsters, and they are still around today. You look into the future, the gangs like the Bloods and the Crips, they'll be long gone. But Cosa Nostra? They'll be around forever. If you disagree, odds are you're a 'gangsta' or you listen to rap. Either way, your vote doesn't count.
