cRap

After watching that video, unless you're a complete moron, you should know that I am mocking rap. Rap is not music. Music has a tune, you can sing it, and it is enjoyed by people with an IQ higher than 3. Rap on the other hand, is just words with a beat. Rap is more like poetry than like music. Except, for poetry you actually do need some talent. Not much, but still more than rap.

First off, let me say that this is not really about all rap. Old rap was pretty good. If you want to listen to rap, listen to some Digital Underground. They actually had talent. But rap has changed. Rap today is nothing but the glorification of rapists, murders, thugs and worst of all, gangstas. Today, if you have some drums, maybe a bass, and something to record with, you can be a rapper. All you need to do is sing about how you raped that chick from New Jersey, how you killed the witnesses and how you're running from the cops now.

I wouldn't be so opposed to rap if they at least either stopped trying to pass it off as music, or actually gave it a tune. But what they have right now is complete and utter bullshit. Rap is not real music, it takes no talent, and if a white guy raps, he's a poser. I know, I'm probably gonna be labeled as racist for saying that, but it's true. If you are a white guy, or a 'cracker' as we are called by most rappers, and you attempt to rap, then you are a poser, no matter how good you are. And good is a relative term here. No rapper is good. Some are better than others, but none are good. You could take the shittiest singer out there, Avril Lavigne, and even she could out sing the best rapper.

So, what I'm pretty much trying to tell you morons is that rap is not music and that if you listen to it, then you are a bigger idiot than Mike Tyson that one time he decided to mix everclear with heroin. You could have sex with your sister, get her pregnant, hit the kid on the head with a shovel a couple times, and if he didn't listen to rap, he would still be smarter than all the rappers out there.
